what is Laughter Yoga?
Laughter Yoga is a unique exercise that was developed in 1995 by Dr. Madan Kataria. Laughter Yoga is proof that laughter is the best medicine!
Like an aerobic exercise, Laughter Yoga brings more oxygen to the body and brain which has the effect of making one feel more healthy and energetic. It can also strengthen the immune system and boost your overall sense of well being.
